How do I place an order for Loft Home products?

To place an order online, visit our website and choose among the different products that we have available.

On the checkout page, select your delivery address, preferred payment method and fill out the details where needed.  If you need any assistance with placing an order, feel free to contact our customer service team, and they will be happy to help.

 

Has my order gone through successfully?

When your order is placed we send you an email notification.  We'll send you another notification with your shipment and tracking information once it has shipped. You can additionally reference this information in your Customer Account. 

If you haven't received your order within 10 business days, please check the tracking information. If you have not received a notification of shipment please contact our customer service team for assistance.

 

How can I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible and a customer service representative will be able to assist you.

We are usually able to cancel your order as long as your order has not yet been picked and packed at our fulfillment center, so please contact us as soon as you can. 

 

Where is my order?

There are a few ways you can check the status of your order. 

After placing an order, you'll receive two emails from us, one when your order is confirmed and another one when your order ships. Once it's with the carrier, you can track it in a few different spots; through the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email, or by logging into your Customer Account.

If you haven't received your tracking number within 2 business days after placing your order, please reach out to our Customer Service team.

 

Can I modify my order after it has been placed?

Yes, there is a window of time where we are able to modify your order. This occurs between the time when your order is placed and when your items are picked and packed by our fulfillment center. 

If you would like to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible and our customer service staff will be happy to assist you.
